Sam D. Gonzalez

Owner of SDG Consulting Services has served in multiple aspects of the land development, permitting and inspection processes since 1986. His employment with Riverside County Building and Safety and Transportation Departments allowed him to obtain diverse experience and knowledge of multiple processes. As part of the Land Development Committee he has reviewed specific plans, tract and parcel map subdivisions, surface mining and commercial applications where he worked closely with the Planning Department and other members of the Land Development Team ensuring cases where consistently completed on schedule and made every effort  to work with clients to ensure the success of their projects.

Sam performed grading plan and geotechnical report plan checks where he plan checked single family, tract and commercial grading permits. He understands that grading is a vital component of the building process and continues to utilize his knowledge to make sure projects are completed efficiently from the grading to project completion.

He continues to expand his knowledge and ability to serve his clients, recently adding project management services to better assist his clients needs.  

Aside from his experience Sam has received the most pleasure from making sure all of his clients receive the best possible service. As the owner of SDG Consulting Services he continues to serve his clients and is committed to their success.

He has worked in both the Building and Safety and Transportation Department permit counters where he reviewed, processed and issued building and encroachment permits. His experience of counter services provides expertise in permit processing.
