PERMIT PROCESSING
We process residential and commercial plans including grading, building, storm water, street improvement, storm drain, water quality and any additional project specific plans. We also coordinate the submittal of environmental and biological studies, traffic studies, geotechnical reports and any project specific studies or reports that may be required. We work closely with municipalities or agencies to obtain clearances, approvals and permit issuance.
LAND DEVELOPMENT PROCESSING
SDG Consulting Services is well versed with the Land Development process making sure project planners and agencies are provided all necessary plans, reports and studies required for the submittal process. We communicate and coordinate with our clients to minimize delays and obtain project approval as efficiently as possible. We specialize in small commercial projects, parcel maps, small residential tract maps and are capable of coordinating larger projects as needed by clients.
BOND PROCESSING
When a project or permit improvement bonds or securities are required prior to issuance of permits, you can rest assured that SDG Consulting Services will coordinate between local agencies and our clients to post a bond or security and obtain Bond Exoneration upon project completion.
