SDG Consulting Services is a permit expediting company with extensive governmental experience including client relations, project management, land development entitlements, processing and obtaining encroachment permits for street improvements, processing and obtaining building and grading permits allowing us to provide our clients with a wide range of skills to ensure the permitting process moves forward as smoothly as possible and is completed on schedule. SDG Consulting Services is committed to our clients and provides the following services.

• We conduct due diligence including any records research with governmental departments/agencies to determine plan, permit and fee requirements for each individual project.

• We act as a client representative and process building, grading and encroachment permit applications.

• We obtain department/agency clearances, coordinate with owners, contractors, engineers, biologists and architects to reduce delays and obtain permits on schedule.

• We coordinate with owner(s) and departments/agencies to process bond paperwork when required for permits and process bond exoneration when all permit requirements have been completed.

• We submit land development applications and coordinate with owners, professional consultants and governmental departments/agencies for processing requirements and obtaining approvals.

• We can assist in scheduling and coordinating inspections.

• We coordinate with adjacent property owners when off site work is required or when conflicts arise.

• When required we also work with Code Enforcement to resolve code violations.
